Composer of “Captain Campbell of Drum-a-Voisk” was a contemporary of P/M Meldrum of the Cameron Highlanders 1877-80 and thereafter piper to Lord Breadalbane for many years. However P/M Willie Ross showed the composer of this tune as “D. Galbraith” in his book.
