Year 21 No 7 - April 1998
The Masonic Hall was the venue for the Ladybank A&F Club run by the Eden Ceilidh Band on 19th February. An enjoyable evening was had by all with players coming from a wide area.
Visiting players were – on accordion Ben Adamson, Dave Coke, Bill Burnett, John Stuart, Morag Robertson, Chic Isles, Dave Husband, Ron Brown Chick Boath, Jim Berry and Dave Summers Jnr. On fiddle was Bob Willox who was also M.C. for the night. On keyboard for the evening were Graham Berry, Marissa Ferguson and Steve Hands. Drummer were Dave Summers Snr, Joss Taylor and George Boath.
A big thank you to the tea ladies Mrs Summers, Mrs Mangan, Mrs Hunter and Mrs Douglas, and also those who donated prizes for the raffle. The Club will be held on the 3rd Thursday of each month starting at 7.30 p.m.. Admission £2 OAP £1.50 and players free. Tea and sandwiches are included. All welcome.
